Privacy notice for this website

This notice covers this public website only. It does not cover the Voorwerp platform, which is governed by each customer's agreement.

Who is responsible

Delia Labs LLC is the controller of personal information collected through this site. Contact: sales@voorwerp.io.

What we collect

• Contact form. The name, work email, company and message you submit. We use them only to reply to you. The message is emailed to us and is not stored in a database on this site.
• Send record. We log only that a message was sent: a timestamp and a success flag, never the message text.
• Rate limiting. To prevent abuse we briefly keep a short-lived, in-memory count of submissions per network address. It is not retained long-term.

What we do not do

• No cookies and no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
• No third-party CAPTCHA.
• We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

Our email delivery provider (Resend) processes your message so that it can reach us.

Your choices

Write to sales@voorwerp.io to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

If we add analytics later, it will be cookieless and privacy-respecting, and this notice will be updated first.
