Rung 0: it prepares
Voorwerp drafts the work and a person does the sending. This is where Voorwerp starts.
How it works
The worry about an automated system is simple: what if it sends the wrong thing to a customer? Voorwerp is built around that worry. A person stays in the loop until the record earns more, and its confidence is always shown.
One system, three steps
Customer, order, quote and conversation data flows into one system. Voorwerp notices what matters, prepares the work, and acts on it with a person in control. Here is one example.
A customer is overdue to reorder, or asks for a quote.
The estimate is drafted and the container load is planned.
A person approves it, and the follow-up is drafted for them to send.
Estimates and container load planning exist today. Follow-up and order preparation are the next steps.
The ladder
Voorwerp drafts the work and a person does the sending. This is where Voorwerp starts.
Voorwerp writes it, a person reads it and clicks send. The work is gone, the decision stays human.
Safe, routine, reversible touches go out by themselves. Anything sensitive goes to a person.
A person sets the rules, such as what to repeat automatically, what never to contact without them and what to hold, instead of approving each message.
Voorwerp runs the whole cadence. A single person governs by policy and exception, and steps in for the handshake and the hard negotiation.
Each rung is a setting that a company turns up when the record supports it, not a rebuild.
One concrete loop
Container IQ works out how a shipment should be loaded. It is the clearest example of the loop behind everything Voorwerp does.
Container IQ plans the load and shows its reasons.
A person reviews and approves the plan.
The shipment is loaded and goes out.
The real loading result is set against the plan.
The plan comes from a deterministic solver. A language model may explain a plan in words, but it never produces the numbers.
Anything that cannot be placed is listed with the reason. Missing data is flagged, not guessed.
A plan cannot change after it is made, and an approval applies to that exact plan.
Container IQ advises. It never sends, orders or edits an estimate on its own.
Where we are going
Our plan, in order. It is a direction, not a commitment to dates.
Check Container IQ against real loading results, run the first controlled campaign sends, and record outcomes from the start.
Prospect signals, new-account onboarding, connections to accounting and CRM, and licensing module by module.
One-click sending, routine touches on its own, and governing by policy, as the record supports each step.
Why it gets better
Every recommendation, every human decision and every real result is recorded as a linked action and outcome. That growing record is what teaches the system what works. It is also the evidence that lets a company turn the autonomy up safely.
Built to be licensed
Each company gets its own isolated instance, with its own catalog, rules and voice, on the same engine. Company data is kept apart by database rules that we check with automated tests. Each new company should be easier to bring on than the last.
